Use the labs thoughtfully.
These terms describe TraceToScale and its access behavior. Commercial operator details and applicable policies must be completed before public sale.
Operator and contact.
The operator’s legal identity has not been configured. This deployment’s commercial terms remain incomplete until that identity and a working contact are supplied.
Educational scope.
The service provides original system design exercises, declared synthetic models, recorded traces and practice feedback. Model results depend on their assumptions and are not production benchmarks, infrastructure deployment instructions or an assurance of interview success.
Multiple designs can be defensible. A supported numerical check, an authored prompt, an AI suggestion and your self-review have different meanings. None alone certifies professional competence or hiring readiness.
Your account and submissions.
Keep your credentials private, use account recovery responsibly and sign out on shared devices. Submit material you are entitled to use. Avoid production credentials, private customer records and third-party confidential information.
Use the service’s ordinary interfaces and respect access and usage limits. Do not attempt to access another person’s private rooms or data, evade a payment or quota check, or disrupt the service.
You can download local notes and request an account export through the available controls. The privacy page explains storage, private audio, optional providers and deletion boundaries.
Preparation passes and payment state.
Configured preparation passes provide the duration and features displayed at checkout. Current 30- and 90-day passes do not renew automatically. A verified payment state grants access; merely returning from a provider checkout does not.
Provider test mode is not a real purchase. Refunds and disputes can suspend their associated entitlement while their state is reconciled. Saved learning work is preserved when a pass expires.
The operator must publish applicable prices, taxes, refund handling and a working support channel before accepting public payments. This page does not invent a refund promise or jurisdiction-specific consumer policy.
Content and service changes.
The project supplies its own exercises and visuals with source references for underlying mechanisms. Reuse permissions for third-party reference material are separate from access to this service.
Lesson corrections create versioned content so existing attempts retain their original context. Availability and provider-backed features can change; the interface should identify unavailable services and preserve saved work during recoverable failures.
Questions before purchasing.
Review the learning model, accessibility options and data controls. If operator information or a required commercial policy is missing, public paid operation is not ready.
